We typically process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Do you offer a warranty on watches and jewelry?

Yes, all Joker & Witch watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Jewelry items are inspected for quality but do not carry a specific warranty period unless stated.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the security tags remain intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Are the jewelry pieces water-resistant?

While our jewelry is crafted with high-quality plating, we recommend keeping them away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to maintain their shine and longevity.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
